Chesley Kelly named to Executive Board
Chesley Kelly has joined the Local 18 Executive Board, replacing Gus Corona, who has joined the staff as a business rep. Chesley has been an IBEW member for 24 years, first with Local 2000 in Yuma, then with Local 570 in Tucson before joining Local 18. He became a DWP Electrical Mechanic and a Unit 5 shop steward in 1989 and he is now a Unit 19 shop steward.
